How do they use the rhetorical appeals in their books?
Anzaldúa and Davis both talk about important topics for their audience to understand. Although they both talk about different topics, this leads to the audience connecting to the subject and expressing their thoughts using the rhetorical appeals; ethos, logos, and pathos. The rhetorical appeals makes both authors books effective because their content was broken down into simple ideas that can be understood by the reader.
